What’s a Wayzgoose? At one time this was a celebration given by a master printer to his workmen each year around the end of August. This was resurrected into a classic printmaking festival highlighting printmaking techniques and art. Carving a 36″ x 48″ piece of linoleum, inking it and running over it with a steamroller is how we celebrate it now, with some good old-fashioned competition thrown in. Seattle design firms duke it out for the best in show. It was great to earn bragging rights this year for my Pinball concept benefitting the Seattle Pinball Museum.
